Michele Navarro Ishiki is the Clinical Director of Mental Health Services at Hauʻoli Piha. She is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is also in private practice. Born and raised in Pa‘ia, Maui, she has worked in non-profit and for profit organizations providing clinical oversight of residential drug treatment facilities and its continuum. She has experience in Social Services, Group/Individual Therapy, Event Planning, and Public Speaking. Michele is deeply connected to her community and is most passionate about working with our underserved populations. She has been in the addictions and mental health field for over 20 years. In addition to her LCSW, Michele has a Bachelor and Master Degree in Social Work from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa Myron B. Thompson School of Social Work, she is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in the State of Hawai‘i, and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC)
